HAPPY BIRTHDAY...
to the La Quinta Inn and Suites of
Loveland! Completed and Open for Business on March
31, 2008!
March 15, 2008
Guest rooms are completed and ready for furniture
move-in and window treatments.
Galleria
Ballroom is ready for final paint, lighting installation
and carpeting.
Foundations are complete for event center, plumbing and
electrical to begin in the interior.
 
Framing for the Aspen Leaf Grill is under way, roofing
trusses to be delivered in 5 days.
January 11, 2008
All scaffolding has been removed, exterior paint is
complete and La Quinta signs are being installed today!
Guest room furniture is all delivered and stored as well
as countertops for bathrooms.
Pool tiles are being finished, waterfall feature
installed and the pool is ready for finishing coat
Guest room dry wall, taping and mudding is completed,
crown molding is installed and painting is to start this
week, followed by carpeting. Left photo above is a
shot of the Jacuzzi tubs being set in the bedroom of the
Marquis Marquessa Bridal Suites.
Event Center
Underground utilities are complete, foundation slab
being poured this week.
December 7, 2007
Stucco is
complete, painting is nearing completion. Driveways
and inner streets are completed, parking lot has been
painted. Hotel Signage has been delivered. Furniture
and decor has been delivered and stored.
All plumbing and
electrical is complete and has been approved. Drywall
was delivered this week and is being installed now.
Carpet/paint has been finalized, entrance doors
installed and front desk counter is being built.
Stone foundation for
2-acre waterfall/sculpture pond is completed.
November 10, 2007
La Quinta Inn and Suites
Exterior Progress - Roof installation has been completed
along with gutters. Final preparation on the building
exterior is now completed, and we will be beginning
stucco next week! On the grounds, curbs and gutters
have been poured and set, and landscape leveling has
commenced.
Interior La Quinta
Inn and Suites Progress - All plumbing have been
completed and inspected... and we have the green light
for electrical! Architectural pieces have begun, such
as the curved entryways into guest rooms.
Event Center Progress -
We have walls! The foundation has been finalized, set
and inspected and Framing has begun now on the Fountains
of Loveland building.
October 14, 2007
La Quinta
Progress - All windows are completed, and we have a
tower and entrance overhang! Tile will begin this next
week on the roof, and all plumbing and electrical is in
final progress with all sheetrock to begin in the next
few days! Special care has been taking to build in
heavy duty supports for wall hangings, wall-mounted TVs,
headboards and more before dry wall is done. Bathtubs
have been delivered, and lighting, bath fixtures and
counters have been delivered!
Event Center Progress -
Framing has begun on the exterior walls of the event
center, and plumbing and electrical has begun. Our pile
of dirt has begun to take a bit of shape!
September 24, 2007
La Quinta Progress - We
have Windows! Window installation for all 3 floors has
begun, and in the interior plumbing and electrical have
started. The pool is looking very official as well with
tile being laid. The roof structure is complete, and
tarring and rain gutters have begun.
Event Center
Progress - The Fountain's foundation has been completed
and after a last day or so of setting will be ready for
framing to begin!
September 5, 2007
La Quinta Progress... We Are Moving Right
Along! The trusses are set and the next phase of the
roofing application of roofing is in the works,
plywood. We are anxious for this phase of the roof to
be completed as it will allow us to begin the electrical
work inside of the building! The beams for the
entrance overhang was also completed this week, and
paving for the driveway has started as well.
Fountains of Loveland Progress... The back breaking
task of digging out what will become the event center is
nearing its end! Surveys have been completed for the
upcoming phases and we will soon start pouring our
foundation and laying lower plumbing footwork.
August 15, 2007
La Quinta Progress... Just like a child, our little one
grows taller and taller each day! We have applied the
3rd floor and eagerly await the trusses coming in the
next few weeks! Windows are being cut out of the
framing work, and inside the pool has been dug and
already looks inviting to those slaving in the hot sun!
Fountains of Loveland Progress... We've Broken Ground!
Right on schedule we have started the next chapter of
Eslan Park! Ground Breaking - August 15, 2007,
Scheduled Completion Date - March 1, 2008.
